Job Description
TNL Pharmaceutical Company seeks a Finance and Administration Officer to provide administrative support and perform basic accounting tasks. Key responsibilities include record keeping, data entry, petty cash management, processing expense sheets, invoices and receipts, vendor follow-ups, and simple payments. The role also involves filing, typing, maintaining staff and office records, coordinating meeting schedules, and managing office supplies.
- Qualifications: HND or B.Sc. in Accounting; 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
- Required skills: organized, detail-oriented, discreet with confidential information, able to multitask with minimal supervision, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
