Job Description
Fadac Resources and Services Limited – Our client is a private sector-led Tier 1 Microfinance Bank that provides a versatile range of financial services to low-income groups, micro, small and medium enterprises, and self-employed with entrepreneurial skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing back office services such as accounts payable, collection, and payroll.
- Providing insightful reporting and commercial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Managing the cash-flow needs of the company while managing debt profiles and investments.
- Carrying out post-investment and expenditure reviews.
- Monitoring cash flow and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of day-to-day financial preparations.
- Ensuring that payments to vendors and salaries are processed.
- Controlling budgets and expenditures.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounts and Finance-related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have ICAN and MCIB qualifications.
- Adept understanding of Bank One.
