Job Description
The Anakin Dynasty Limited is inviting applications for the position of Finance & Admin Officer. This pivotal role will involve overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll management, loan tracking, and comprehensive financial reporting. Candidates should possess a robust understanding of accounting systems and office administration, as this is a hybrid role.
The selected officer will ensure adherence to BOI reporting requirements and collaborate closely with the CEO and Operations Manager to manage cash flows and monitor expenditures. Key responsibilities also encompass managing supplier invoices, lease agreements, insurance renewals, and facilitating the procurement of essential administrative supplies.
