Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely accounting records, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing and verifying financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitoring and reconciling bank statements and transactions.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
