Job Description
Benchuzzy Consult is actively seeking a dedicated Field Technical Officer to identify and resolve technical issues at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting problems and their solutions, leading our IT support team at healthcare facilities, and providing essential training. You will ensure that our support staff stays informed about updates to the Health Management Information System (HMIS) platform.
This position requires collaboration with the Desktop Support Officer (DSO) to address user concerns, deploy new terminals, and manage the configuration and administration of internal IT systems as needed. Your efforts will contribute significantly to achieving our company’s objectives.
