Job Description
Purpose of Role: The Field Support Technician is tasked with executing both planned and contingency operations and maintenance (O&M) services in compliance with established procedures and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and diagnose root causes of customer-related issues, providing effective solutions.
- Implement technical solutions at Point of Presence sites.
- Support disaster recovery initiatives as required.
- Perform facility maintenance and conduct quality control inspections.
- Manage inventory and generate regular reports.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Technical field, a minimum of 3 years of experience, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
