Job Description

NETOP Business Systems is seeking a dedicated Field Service Officer to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Installing software updates and POS functions.
• Providing technical support for the POS help desk and onsite support.
• Maintaining POS systems through regular merchant visits.
• Sending daily activity reports and advising merchants.
• Training merchants on hardware and troubleshooting.
• Managing consumables and ensuring system functionality.
• Building relationships with customers and addressing field issues.

This is an 18-month contract position with a pay range of ₦70,00.00 – ₦90,00.00 per month.
