Salary Package: ₦150,00 + Incentives and HMO
Location: Agege, Festac, Berger, Ikeja, Island, Oshodi
Job Summary: Seeking a dynamic Field Sales Supervisor with proven sales track record and leadership skills to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate sales team
- Develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct training sessions
- Build client relationships
- Ensure policy compliance
- Prepare sales reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years sales supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
