Athena Multi-Concept Serv is looking for a Field Sales Representative to join their Sales department. The position is based in Lagos and is a full-time role in the Retail, Fashion & FMCG industry. This is a new job posting as of today.
Job Summary
The company is in the process of expanding into the retail space and seeks an experienced B2B sales representative who can increase the presence of their products on retail shelves. The primary responsibility is to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.
Job Description/Requirements
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Covering the sales area and ensuring timely product delivery.
- Developing strategies for expansion within indigenous hypermarket retail space.
- Driving and managing company vehicles when required.
- Liaising with retail units to ensure optimal product display.
- Resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitoring revenue and resolving payment issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND in any related discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven work experience in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools.
