Job Description
Inter-Arc Consultants Limited (recruiting for a client) seeks a proactive Field Sales Representative to cover New Benin, Oba Market, and Oluku in Benin City. This is a full-time role with hours from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and registering new customers and disbursing approved loans
- Maintaining accurate field records and verifying client information
- Conducting follow-up visits, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance
- Submitting daily reports
Requirements: SSCE minimum (HND/B.Sc. holders encouraged), 0–1 year experience (microfinance experience advantageous). Candidates must be honest, confident, able to work independently, and communicate clearly. Salary: SSCE ₦50,00–₦60,00; HND/B.Sc. ₦70,00–₦100,00.
