Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is expected to speak to potential clients about our services and must be passionate about Sales and lead generation, especially in the lending sector.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customer’s skills, and needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND academic qualification.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interest in sales and lead generation
- Must be computer literate
