Job Description
Renmoney is in search of a committed Field Recovery Officer to effectively manage and recover overdue accounts through proactive field operations and meaningful customer interactions. This role will involve implementing strategic recovery plans, negotiating suitable repayment options, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with defaulters to recover outstanding debts.
- Negotiate and manage tailored repayment plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of collections experience.
