Job Description

PalmPay seeks a disciplined Field Collection Officer for a 12-month contract in Nigeria. Compensation: N80,00 basic + N20,00 transport plus performance-based commission.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to collect overdue payments and recover devices or collateral per company procedures.
• Negotiate repayment plans, verify and update borrower records, and report field findings and suspected fraud.
• Build relationships with local police within your LGA and collaborate with risk control and customer service to improve recovery rates.

Requirements: prior loan collection or field recovery experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, willingness to travel within assigned areas, and proficiency in local languages with basic English.
