Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Fellow in NGO Administration. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall administration and operation of our non-governmental organization (NGO).
Your main duties will include assisting with grant applications, financial management, program coordination, and general office support. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the management team to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of our programs and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in NGO or non-profit administration is preferred
