Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented F&B Service Expert to join our team. As a Hostess, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Ensure prompt seating and minimize waiting times
- Effectively manage reservations and prioritize seating
- Provide detailed information about the menu and daily specials
- Take and process guests’ orders accurately
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Address any concerns or complaints from guests professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
