We are looking for a dynamic F&B Manager to join our team at IBIS. As an F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations of our establishment. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including purchasing, inventory, and cost control
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and profitability of the F&B department
• Train and supervise staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the executive chef to create innovative menus and ensure high food quality standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
