Job Description
Crystal Shield Limited is seeking a vibrant and customer-focused individual to join our restaurant team as a Waiter/Waitress. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding dining experiences to our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and seat customers.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience preferred.
