We are seeking a Fashion Production Manager to lead end-to-end garment production, ensuring on-time delivery, compliance with cost targets, and consistent product quality. The role requires coordination with design, sourcing, and supplier teams, management of production schedules, monitoring of factory performance, and prompt resolution of production issues while enforcing quality and sustainability standards.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in fashion production with strong knowledge of garment construction and materials.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in PLM systems and advanced Excel.
- Personal skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with readiness to travel.
