Job Description

The Fashion Retail Merchandiser and Designer Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing the merchandising and onboarding of designers. This role involves coordinating with designers, managing merchandise, and organizing events and pop-ups at various locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising: Manage the retail merchandising of fashion products, ensuring optimal product placement and visual appeal.
  • Designer Onboarding: Coordinate with new designers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events and pop-ups in various locations, coordinating logistics and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to drive business goals.

Required Skills:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Retail Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in Fashion retail merchandising and event management is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
