Job Description
Our client, WorQulture, a fabulous fashion brand known for its beautiful African pieces, seeks a Sales/Production Associate responsible for engaging customers, offering product expertise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role also involves collaborating with the production team to coordinate manufacturing, manage inventory, and uphold quality control for smooth production cycles.
Salary: N80,00- N100,00
Location: Lagos Island
Working Hours: Mon-Sat| 9am-6pm
Responsibilities
Sales
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive shopping environment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Customer Service
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide product information, styling advice, and assistance during the shopping experience.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating the features and benefits of fashion products.
Experience:
- Retail Sales, Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
- Fashion Production: 1 year (Required)
