Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor/Fashion Design Pattern Drafter to lead our pattern-making team at Fashion House. This role involves ensuring the creation of high-quality patterns and overseeing technical designs for production.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and organize workflows, collaborate with designers, conduct fit sessions, ensure quality, and manage production processes.
Requirements: 1+ year in pattern-making and supervision, strong knowledge of principles, and excellent leadership skills.
