Job Description

Prime Watermark Consulting seeks an experienced Fashion Operations Manager to oversee multiple production lines and optimize end-to-end processes. The role requires management of supply chain, logistics, suppliers, inventory, quality control, and regulatory compliance. You will lead, recruit, and mentor teams, establish KPIs, prepare performance reports, control budgets, and resolve production issues to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in operations management in fashion or FMCG with supervisory experience.
• Skills: strong leadership, analytical ability, supply chain and production knowledge, ERP proficiency, and understanding of quality standards.
• Job Type: Full-time. Pay: From ₦150,00.00 per month.
