Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the production and supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to customers.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to maximize productivity and minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and coordinate production schedules accordingly.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Lead and motivate a team of operations staff to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in operations management within the fashion industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦180,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month

Experience: Management: 2 years (Preferred)
