Job Description
Join our vibrant team in Lagos and take the lead as a Full-time Fashion Marketing Manager. Shape the future of our brand and drive success in the dynamic fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing and social media team for effective campaign development and implementation.
- Create a comprehensive marketing calendar for online and offline channels.
- Ideate and generate engaging promotional content for website and social media platforms.
- Review and ensure social media content aligns with company values and messaging.
- Utilize tools to analyze social media performance and generate insightful reports.
- Stay updated on fashion and social media trends, adapting content strategy accordingly.
- Acquire and retain customers, conduct sales forecasting, and explore new markets.
Requirements & Qualification:
- BS.c in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Fashion certifications are a plus).
- 2-3 years of experience in the fashion industry or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of industry operations and ability to manage multiple vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing paid media channels (SEO, PPC, Google Ads).
- Strong copywriting skills aligned with brand tone of voice.
