Job Description
Our client, HR on Wheels, is seeking a Fashion House Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure seamless task execution, and maintain high customer service standards. Responsibilities include staff management, designer coordination, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, inventory, sales, and customer service.
- Meet sales targets within the budget.
- Train, supervise staff for performance and policy adherence.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts efficiently.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Manage inventory levels effectively.
- Ensure attractive store merchandising for sales growth.
- Coordinate promotional events with the marketing team.
- Provide design feedback based on sales data.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with designers for timely collections.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in fashion.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.
