Job Description
- Lead the design process for RTW collections, creating innovative and trendsetting styles.
- Develop detailed sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pattern makers, tailors, and merchandisers.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands.
- Select best fabrics for different styles in the RTW collections.
- Collaborate with fabric suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.
- Stay informed about fabric trends, innovations, and sustainability practices.
- Ensure that all creative outputs, including designs and marketing materials, meet high standards of quality and align with the brand’s image.
