Job Description
Amani Advisory Ltd is looking for a dedicated and fashionable Fashion Customer Service Representative to join our Lagos team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will greet and assist clients with professional styling advice, recommend suitable fabrics, and guide customers through fittings and purchasing decisions.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a stylish showroom, responding to customer inquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, and email, and providing support to online clients with styling assistance and order placements.
The ideal candidate will possess 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail, exceptional communication skills, and a strong passion for menswear. Candidates must reside near the Lekki axis.
