Job Description
StriveVisory HR Consulting, one of the premier human resource consulting firms located in Ibadan, Nigeria, is currently seeking a committed Farm Supervisor for our client’s farm. This full-time, on-site position requires overseeing daily farm operations, managing poultry and pig farming activities, and leading a team to ensure animal welfare while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional leadership capabilities
- Proven experience in animal health and farm management
- Understanding of feeding systems
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a farm setting
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in pig farming is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
