Job Description
Ashogbon Farms And Ago Allied Ltd is seeking a proactive Farm Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Ogun State facility. The role includes supervising and training staff, coordinating crop and/or livestock activities, monitoring growth and equipment, maintaining production and inventory records, enforcing safety and hygiene standards, and reporting to management.
- Qualifications: OND/HND or B.Sc. in Agriculture or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory farm experience
- Skills: Strong leadership, knowledge of modern farming practices, and willingness to reside or relocate to Ogun State
- Employment: Full-time; salary ₦80,00–₦100,00 monthly, provided accommodation, performance incentives, and opportunities for advancement
