Job Summary: JobCanvas Career Solutions is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Commercial Broiler Farm Officer to manage broiler farming operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will oversee farming tasks, manage assets, lead staff, and ensure adherence to safety and biosecurity protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee broiler operations aiming for seven production cycles annually.
- Ensure average bird weight of 2kg is achieved within 4.5 weeks.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and enforce established farm SOPs.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Animal Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in poultry farming.
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
