Cr8 Careers seeks an experienced Farm Manager to oversee planting, harvesting, and livestock care. The role requires developing schedules and budgets, implementing sustainable practices to optimize productivity and profitability, and monitoring crop yields, animal health, and environmental conditions with timely corrective actions. You will lead and train farm staff, manage contractors and seasonal labor, maintain equipment, control inventory and expenses, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate records, coordinate with agronomists and veterinarians, and support marketing of farm products. Full-time position. Pay: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month.
