Job Description
The FAGRO Initiative is inviting applications for the position of Farm/Nursery Manager at our facility located in Ibadan, Oyo State. This contractual role requires a dedicated individual to oversee a small farm nursery, ensuring optimal crop health through daily monitoring and meticulous documentation of farm activities via photos and videos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily monitoring and care for crops.
- Perform maintenance tasks to enhance plant health.
- Document farm operations through photography and videography.
- Assist the farm owner in tracking progress.
- Identify potential markets for selling produce.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus.
- Basic skills in photography and videography.
- Experience in agronomy or farm management is advantageous.
