Job Description
ArchwareEdu is looking for a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee all daily operations at our farm located in Adewusi village, Ajebo, Ogun State. The successful candidate will possess a deep passion for agriculture, strong leadership abilities, and a proven history of excellence in farm management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate comprehensive farm activities.
- Supervise and train farm staff effectively.
- Maintain all farming equipment and manage operational budgets.
- Implement sustainable agricultural practices and monitor the health of crops and livestock.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in farm management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
