Job Description

As the Factory Controller at Perfetti Van Melle, your responsibilities will include:

• Calculating cost prices and IC prices and analyzing deviations with actual cost prices.
• Preparing internal management reports.
• Preparing and consolidating yearly operational production budgets.
• Reviewing production P&L: comparing actual performances against budgeted performances and preparing reports explaining deviations.
• Safeguarding the integrity of registrations and monitoring irregularities.
• Executing ad-hoc investigations upon request of the Finance Director.
• Providing efficient, reliable, and tailor-made internal management reporting that adds value and supports decision-making in other departments.
• Automating and efficiently executing reporting requirements from various stakeholders.
• Fully controlling operations in Production, understanding deviations from budget/plan, and proposing improvements.
• Developing the use of available IT for controlling/reporting regarding Production.
• Assisting in implementing the necessary set-up in the management control area.
• Performing any other duties assigned by your superior.
• Focusing on business partnering and supporting the Supply Chain Leadership Team with relevant insights.
