Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Factory Accountant to join our team. As a Factory Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and providing accurate financial information for our manufacturing operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for the factory department.
• Performing cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate valuation.
• Managing and reconciling all bank and cash transactions.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are also required.
