Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Facility Support Team Lead to oversee building operations at our Lekki Phase 1 site. This full-time, Mon–Fri role offers a monthly salary of ₦150,00–₦180,00.

• Manage maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security), preventive maintenance schedules, vendors, and contractors.
• Coordinate emergency response, routine inspections, access control, safety protocols, and budget oversight.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational continuity and compliance with safety regulations and codes.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Facility/Estate Management or related field, 3–5 years’ hands-on facility management experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
