Job Summary: Pirotti Projects Limited is in search of a dedicated Facility Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our expansive estate. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facility management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of effectively engaging with residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of estate facilities.
• Resolve resident issues through effective communication.
• Collaborate with the Facility Manager on operational strategies.
• Perform inspections to identify maintenance requirements.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
