Job Description
Devien Consult seeks a full-time Facility Supervisor to manage a residential apartment on Lekki Conservation Road, Lagos. You will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and emergency response to ensure safe, efficient building systems.
- Coordinate technicians and vendors; perform inspections; maintain maintenance records and inventory.
- Troubleshoot and ensure functionality of electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Requirements: OND/HND or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; proven facility/property supervision experience (residential experience preferred); practical knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, and plumbing systems; strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
