Job Description
Our client, Amy Consulting, a property development company in Marina, Lagos, is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial properties in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running day-to-day affairs and maintenance of facilities.
- Managing correspondence with key stakeholders.
- Generating accurate reports on facility activities.
- Working with security teams to enforce guidelines.
- Engaging with regulatory agencies.
- Overseeing vendor management for project quality.
- Translating facility owner’s vision into tasks.
Key Requirements:
- Previous facility management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum.
Required Competences:
- Good communication skills – written and oral
- Organizing, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency and administrative skills
- Ability to multi-task
