Job Description

Our client, Amy Consulting, a property development company in Marina, Lagos, is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial properties in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running day-to-day affairs and maintenance of facilities.
  • Managing correspondence with key stakeholders.
  • Generating accurate reports on facility activities.
  • Working with security teams to enforce guidelines.
  • Engaging with regulatory agencies.
  • Overseeing vendor management for project quality.
  • Translating facility owner’s vision into tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous facility management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum.

Required Competences:

  • Good communication skills – written and oral
  • Organizing, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₦200,00.00 per month
