TROLOPPE PROPERTY SERVICES is looking for a dedicated Facilities Officer to maintain a safe and conducive environment for our staff across all branch offices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installations, ensuring health and safety compliance, supervising facilities staff, and overseeing repairs and maintenance.

Duties Include: Planning installations, managing equipment upkeep, inspecting buildings, reviewing utility costs, supervising staff and contractors, and developing monitoring systems.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related fields, 1-2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
