Job Summary
We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. Minimum Qualification: Degree. Experience Level: Mid level. Experience Length: 4 years.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all activities of facilities supervisor and other field staff
- Manage request and re-order levels
- Proactively track routine maintenance and schedules
- Identify snags and likely defects before they arise
- Give instruction and direction to facilities supervisors
- Coordinate with technicians, artisans, and support staff for service delivery
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
Lead Generation
- Identify new business opportunities
- Create client/prospect relationships for property services
- Manage proposal development process
- Follow up with all requests and transactions
Marketing and Publicity
- Create avenues for managing ads and promotions
- Track ads for brand visibility
Administration Report
- Give regular updates to Facility Team Lead/COO
- Track and report wins and losses
- Monitor progress
- Prepare invoices per direction
Others
- Perform any other assigned roles
