Job Description
We are seeking a Facility Officer to ensure safe, efficient building operations. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance and repairs, implement preventive maintenance programs, coordinate vendors and contractors, manage security and utilities, support space planning, and monitor facilities-related budgets.
Requirements: minimum 2 years of facilities or building maintenance experience; basic HVAC and electrical knowledge; strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Certifications in facilities management or occupational safety are advantageous. The role demands professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to maintain reliable, compliant facilities.
