Job Description
Facility Officer at ConSol Limited
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
- Ensure effective performance of cleaning service providers as per SLA contract.
- Ensure operational firefighting equipment and timely servicing.
- Check and maintain health and safety signage.
- Ensure contractor compliance with HSE regulations.
- Maintain incident report log and monitor generator run hours daily.
- Track and fuel generator as needed.
- Operate and service generator set and UPS system.
- Monitor power rating, backup time, and service logs.
- Keep record of consumables like toiletries and water.
- Perform other tasks delegated by Facility Manager/Head of IT.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦70,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
