Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record in managing residential and corporate facilities efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in facility management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Salary: N250,00 – N400,00 Monthly.
