Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Facility Manager to join our team. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance and operations of our company’s facilities.
Your main duties will include managing the maintenance staff, ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment and systems, and implementing effective facility management strategies. You will also be responsible for coordinating repairs, renovations, and other facility-related projects.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. You must also have a good understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.
