Job Description
A Facility Manager oversees the operations and maintenance of a building or facility. They are responsible for ensuring that the facility functions efficiently and meets the needs of its occupants.
The primary duties of a Facility Manager include managing the maintenance and repairs of the facility, overseeing contractors and service providers, developing and implementing maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
Additionally, they are responsible for managing the facility’s budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. They may also be involved in space planning and coordinating renovations or relocations.
