Job Description
Meritabode Nigeria Limited, a registered real estate firm located in Nigeria, is seeking to hire a dedicated and skilled Facility Manager for a full-time position in Opebi, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and overseeing service providers.
- Managing cleaning, maintenance, and security teams effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Overseeing projects and managing budgets efficiently.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc or HND in Facility Management or a related field.
- Relevant experience along with a valid driver’s license.
Salary: N160,00 – N180,00 monthly.
