Job Description
Established in 1984, Lagoon Hospitals stands as the largest private healthcare services group in Nigeria, operating six state-of-the-art facilities. We are currently seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee our operations in Lagos.
Responsibilities: The Facility Manager will be responsible for monitoring company facilities, supervising fleet management, and managing construction and maintenance projects. Additionally, this role involves maintaining inventory records and managing relationships with vendors.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering or a related field, along with 5-8 years of experience in facility management. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of contract management are essential for success in this role.
