Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team in Lagos. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance and operation of our facilities.
Your main responsibilities will include managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising a team of maintenance staff. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective use of our resources.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
