Job Description

Ensure effective management of facilities and smooth running of the business.

Planned operation and policies.

Oversee all aspect of equipment installation, maintenance, and repair for both internal and external service.

Monitoring preventive maintenance PPMs program for security, grease traps, waste and fire.

Coordinate the support service.

Manage budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Develop and organize maintenance schedules to boost system performance.

Create the standardized method safety method of operation MOP format for work being performed by vendors and in-house staff, including safety hazard analyses, and initiate preventive measures for the organization.

Handle sourcing and monitoring of new vendors, along with an inventory of all types of equipment in different facilities.

Plan and coordinate all repairs (plumbing, electricity, and refurbishment, etc.).

Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovation.

Supervise all staff facilities (Custodians, technicians, groundkeepers, etc).

Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, and building facilities.

Allocate office space according to needs.
